All Sales Are Final
Due to the surprise element and the curated, intuitive nature of each grab bag, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order is placed.

Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the damage

• The packaging it arrived in

We’ll do our best to make it right with a replacement or store credit.

Lost Packages:
We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier. However, if you believe your package is missing, please contact us and we’ll help you file a claim with the shipping provider.

Incorrect or Missing Items:
